Delivery of goods

We undertake to deliver to our customers only goods in accordance with the specifications or properties usual for this type of goods, complying with the given standards, regulations and orders valid in the Czech Republic.
The condition for the validity of an electronic order and subsequent electronic delivery of goods is that customers fill in all required data and details specified when placing the order and perform all required actions, including confirmation of the order by the seller and confirmation of reading and agreement with the Terms and Conditions by the customer or recipient.
The terms and conditions of delivery of goods are governed by the above-mentioned Terms and Conditions. The goods are sent electronically (by e-mail). Given that these are intangible goods sent electronically, we do not charge packaging or postage.

Activation codes are sent automatically immediately after receiving confirmation of payment, no later than within two hours of receiving payment.
